1.2.2 – Why do we collect your personal data?
Data collected via the website (contact form for making an appointment, newsletter registration, social network contact, account creation) will only be used for commercial purposes with the explicit agreement of the owner of this information. For example: agreement to the GTCU when requesting contact.
By filling in the contact form, you agree to the data you have provided being stored and used by the data controller in the context of our collaboration. Your data will be kept for up to three years after the end of our collaboration. It will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. You may request that your data be deleted or amended at any time by writing to client@pspi.ch.

1. The contact form
We use a contact form on our site.
In this form, you must give us your name, e-mail address, telephone number and the possibility of making an appointment or any request for information that you need to obtain.
This form is used so that you can make an appointment to see a demonstration of our solution and discuss your requirements at that time.

Data collected with the explicit agreement of the owner will be deleted after 24 months if no commercial contact has been maintained with the owner.

Only Fanny EYRAUD receives your data. No data is transferred to third parties.
How can I exercise my rights regarding the use of my personal data?

Consent to the use of personal data must be explicit, otherwise Fanny EYRAUD undertakes not to use this data.
Any individual has the right to request from the controller access to personal data, rectification or erasure of such data, or a restriction on the processing relating to the data subject, or the right to object to processing and the right to data portability and to withdraw consent.
Concerning the contact form, by using this contact form, you accept that Fanny EYRAUD may contact you for commercial purposes.
Fanny EYRAUD undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a period that should not exceed 1 month from the date of receipt of your request.
If you consider that Fanny EYRAUD is not complying with its obligations with regard to your personal information, you are entitled to lodge a complaint or a request with the competent authority, namely the FDPIC.
